Praesidium Welcomes New Team Member!

We are excited to announce another great addition to our team! Ory Tucker joins us as the Background Check Manager working at the direction of Aaron Lundberg, Vice President of Account Services and COO, and is complemented by the rest of our excellent background check support team.

In this new position of Background Check Manager, Ory oversees the support of our comprehensive background checks and screening services. Additionally, she will guide its future enhancements and capabilities and ensure FCRA and EEOC compliance. This includes training and advising client administrators, providing technical support to end users, and working to improve the overall processes that support the successful delivery of extensive results and a positive user experience.

About Ory

Ory comes to Praesidium from Employment Screening Resources in California where she served as the Client Experience Director – a position which combined client outreach, retention programs, and collaboration with the executive team to develop tools for client metrics. Prior to that, she worked at USA Fact, Inc. where she was Director of Sales. Ory has over fifteen years experience in the background screening industry combined with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California Lutheran University, where she graduated Cum Laude.

When she’s not working, Ory stays busy reading or shopping and exploring her new home state of Texas!
